Reporting for Files to see orphaned Files/Last Modified via Insights

Some customers have data retention policies that mandate deletion of certain items after a set timeframe. BC&R doesn't have a stock data retention component but you can use Insights to see when something was last modified/approved (like documents, BIAs, etc.), so it can be confirmed to then go and remove it from the system.

The one gap identified was around Files. I don't think that any data/information around Files is currently exportable or available to Insights. Primarily, what is requested, is the last modified date of a File and if the File is associated with any Documents (i.e. being used as a Plan). Also, I think there is a gap around how attachments are deleted...i.e. If I delete a Plan with Attachments, I don't think the Attachments are also deleted which is problematic for larger orgs with data retention policies.

Requesting a feature to, at a minimum, be able to see orphaned files and the last date they were modified, likely via Insights.

The best feature would be to have a fully designed data retention component, similar to other enterprise systems like SFDC.
