Allow Option for Dependency Strategy to be Assigned to Specific Activities

A client has requested that we allow for the assignment of specific activities to a dependency strategy. E.g., a Site Dependency is assigned to all the activities in the BIA; there are 2 strategies assigned to the dependency - 1 would be applicable for some of the activities and 1 would be applicable for others. The client would like to be able to do similar activity checkbox functionality on the strategy, like an "Activities Using This Strategy" section, to make it clear which strategy is applicable to which activity(activities) if the site is unavailable.
