The Customer Ideas Portal gives you the opportunity to submit Ideas for new features and functions to add to the products and vote up existing ideas that are important to your organization.

Ideas that you create are viewable by other customers, so please be mindful of the details you include in the title and description.

Note: Product bugs or configuration requests that are specific to your organization should be submitted through a case on the Customer Success Portal.

Crisis Management: For incidents, establish a view by Role where those executing tasks for a given role can view their tasks that are ready to execute (as well as those remaining which are not yet ready).

When opening an Issue as an executor, have the user select their role to see their INC tasks which are:

  • Not yet ready to start

  • Ready to Start

  • Completed

Also, When users (who have selected their role) attempt to start a task assigned to another role, trigger a pop-up warning/message notifying them of this situation and asking them if they'd like to continue/proceed with starting the task anyway.
