Ability to dictate what email address should be on the From line

Use Case: when a Specialists/Logged in User triggers an Email Template or a new Email. The Specialist/Logged in User would like to change the From line to the Assigned Adjuster’s email or a Shared Mailbox email address so that the email does not get replied to the Specialist who does not handle the claim file.
