The Customer Ideas Portal gives you the opportunity to submit Ideas for new features and functions to add to the products and vote up existing ideas that are important to your organization.
Ideas that you create are viewable by other customers, so please be mindful of the details you include in the title and description.

All of the sections of Assurance CM need to have consistency across all libraries and in their user access. Organizational tag is part of our filtering access so users can only see their data. Organizational tag needs to be applied to all fields. Not having this enabled on random sections of the application doesn't allow customers to fully access all features such as 'Events' and 'Action Items'. Please be consistent in the parameters for all of the application. Thank you.
We also need this enhancement. We do not want other agencies viewing hundreds of names that do not pertain to them. Right now, we are unable to use the action items, as we feel this all or nothing approach to assigning system users is susceptible to mistakes and privacy concerns that we cannot tolerate. We are literally not able to use action items until this issue is corrected. We have already converted all of our plans over to playbooks in anticipation if this feature.
