The new features for strategies, templates, etc. are great for net-new implementations for Riskonnect customers that purchased a license after those features were released, but the ability to revamp established accounts with these features while maintaining a document history log to show the development and maturity of plans over time is lacking. If the system was able to allow retroactive application of template structures that would automatically delete old sections and apply templated new ones, as well as document the deletion and replacement of sections in the history log, that would enable rapid implementation of new features, such as strategies, for larger organizations with dozens or hundreds of plans via a simple import. That would save approximately 2 hours of hands on work per plan (this is my experience as an outsourced program manager for a Riskonnect Managed Services customer). For some of Riskonnect's larger customers, that could mean hundreds of hours of savings per program manager. To be truly Enterprise Ready, the system needs to be flexible and scalable, which this idea contributes to.
