1. Page 2.- The Introduction should be shown on the next page and not appear with the Table of Contents?

2. External Contacts - the contact details as they appear are not easy to read and not practical at all. There should be a better way to display the contact information.

    I agree, currently the PDF printing layouts and text outputs of some of the sections are wrongly set up across pages. Also, this is not environmentally friendly as we need to use more paper....
