The Customer Ideas Portal gives you the opportunity to submit Ideas for new features and functions to add to the products and vote up existing ideas that are important to your organization.

Ideas that you create are viewable by other customers, so please be mindful of the details you include in the title and description.

Note: Product bugs or configuration requests that are specific to your organization should be submitted through a case on the Customer Success Portal.

Enhance case notification options on Riskonnect Success Portal

Interested Party 1 Email, Interested Party 2 Email, and Interested Party 3 Email were somewhat recently added to the portal. Once any of those email addresses are entered there is no other reference to them on the case. There should be a way to see those email addresses, delete them, modify them, and select the level of emails that each will receive, such as case created, updates, close, etc. There should also be duplicate checking on the email addresses entered.
