Add Czech Republic to the list of countries

I have a couple of clients that have staff in the Czech Republic but currently this is not a option to select from the list of countries in the BC-R software.

    Hey Gill - So Czech Republic is also known by "Czechia". And I do see that in the country dropdown list. I do understand the confusion though. I'll see if we can update that country name, but the account should not be blocked.
