Remove Start Questionnaire Button From RKQF

Clients can assigns questionnaires to individual users for a specific form. Currently, there is a "Start Questionnaire" button at the top of the page that is irrelevant to the user who utilizes assignments. Assigned questionnaires are started using a different button located next to the assigned form. Clients need the ability to remove the button from the screen to remove any confusion on the actions to take when completing an assigned questionnaire.
