Allow projects to be updated even when MSP project id has changed e.g. when user has done 'save as'

Sometimes the schedule is provided by a 3rd party contractor or for other reasons is saved as a new schedule file e.g. to create snapshots or other baselines, when full project server capabilities are not available.

This process unfortunately results in the project appearing to be a new/different project to the one already imported into ARM as the internal ids within the project plan change.

I goal would be to be possible to map to a previously imported schedule in order to update the schedule activity information in ARM. At the moment this 'save as' process makes using the integration no feasible to be used. This does not impact scheduled that as simple saved using the 'save' option or when using project server.
