ARM, Usability use of dropdowns with many records Merged

With an extensive use of dropdowns with many values the usability is hampered as it is not possible to search, Sort or even decide the order on the data displayed. (See example below) This means that it is very tricky for the user to use the dropdowns in the intended way
• In some dropdowns (e.g Risk multiselect list 1) it is possible to create and display in the order of creation, but not possible to insert new values that fits the order the values are shown in (see below)
• In “Project stage” (configuration dataset) in the previous version (2022 SP3), is was possible to create the dropdown values in the correct order, I the new version (2022 SP5), even that the values are created in the correct order they are not displayed in the intended way for the user.
