Allow Admin to share capability to edit Report Schedules with more than the "Run As" User

In our Org, we have lots of reports that are on a schedule, and find it frustrating to figure out at times who can make changes to a report's schedule other than the Admin. It would be great to be able to "share" the report schedule with more than just the "Run As" user. In other words, to have capability to assign several "Run As" users.
