Bulk close projects

A few customers have expressed an interest in the ability to bulk "close" projects in the EMEA User Group Meeting April 17th 2018.

Updating all response and risk statuses to closed and nulling the risk score in one operation.

Seeing a visual indicator of this (such as folder changing colour) would also be helpful.

An example referenced by one customer; the ability to bulk update probability to 0 in cases where they wish to exclude certain risks from a particular analysis – note there are other quicker ways of achieving this.

An example from another customer; is that when risks are "closed" if the score is still set on the impact users think the risk is still "live" regardless of the status – they would use the bulk score change to "close off" multiple risks.
