Extend Bulk Update functionality by making more fields available for updates.

Bulk Update functionality allows the user to update several Risks and Responses at a time. However, the user is limited to a set number of fields which are available for this.

It is important to be able to make bulk changes to a variety of fields because as projects proceed they may result in change of approach meaning that several factors may have to be reset, introduced or removed.
