Configurable automatic ID generation

Currently, while the IDs of Risk and other record types are editable, the auto-generated IDs are sequential across the entire Business Area and of the form 1,2,3 and so on.

Enhancement to this such as:

-Allowing the auto-generated ID to be based on the related project the record is being raised for (i.e. with a prefix or suffix for the project) to ensure that record IDs within a project are sequential would be beneficial, particularly when viewing overall data such as heat maps, e.g. Risk ID = PRJ1, Risk ID = PRJ2, Risk ID = OTH1, Risk ID = OTH1

-Making the IDs of records that are linked to another record (I.E Risk -> Impact) relate to each other, again via a prefix or suffix e.g. Risk ID = 1 or R1 and Impact ID = R1 - Imp1 in an automated fashion

-A combination of the above e.g. Risk ID = PRJ1, Impact ID = Imp1 - PRJ1
