Extend the filtering and/or sorting capability on users and resources list screen

Currently, it is possible to filter resources, however it is not possible to filter by date created or updated for users.

The enhancement would be to improve the functionality in this area by either adding additional sortable/filterable columns to the resource dialogue (probably by making the columns configurable) and/or adding filter options such as date created or updated to the resource filter options
