Dashboard - option to view all items of a drop-down field, even if they are displayed with "0"

To include within a dashboard widget the option to whether or not display all entries of a drop-down field. As an example: A bar chart displaying the number of risks per status only displays those status which are actually being used, but not all (open: 5 risks; closed: 20 risks ; draft: 0 risks ("draft" doesn't appear in chart). The dashboard currently only displays those statuses that are actually being used at that moment (DRAFT does not appear).

This principle applies to all drop-down fields.
