Ability to reorder custom Multi-Select field list items

In a custom Multi-Select field, whenever you add a new list item, its added as the last list item and appears at the end of list. This does not help if there is an incremental or hierarchical list as the client requires a particular list item to appear at a certain location in the list and not at the end.

Therefore, there should be an option to at least enlist and reorganize all list items as desired or it should be automatically order itself in an alphabetical order.

    Also need ViewPoint output consistent with the display order. For Example Business Impact Area is reported by element alphabetically.
