Ideas that you create are viewable by other customers, so please be mindful of the details you include in the title and description.

Configure response types per record type (e.g. risk, opportunity, risk-based issues forms)

Through the implementation of ARM we have created assurance activities to identify if a certain responses are used for certain forms. Part of our business process is to use a mixture of Controls and Actions, however some forms we only want to use a singular response type. Currently in the Response Screen Layout it is a global rule for the types of responses to be shown across all forms rather than per record type. Would be beneficial if each record type could choose the response types applicable to that section.
