Remove the Wizard from Advanced Reports in ViewPoint

Currently when building a new Advanced Report in ViewPoint, a user must first complete stages of a Wizard (aid for building reports). This means that when building an Advanced Report from scratch, it can be time consuming and some sort of knowledge of the models if required (as they are joined to one another in a particular way). It would be easier to build an Advanced Report without the wizard, i.e. similar to ExpressViews, where all categories are available straight away - the user does not need to select which categories they want available.
