ARM Security: Users to only be able to view Risks for which they are involved (named as a Resource)

Although there are currently methods of security and restricting access in ARM, it does not account for projects which can be dynamic (different resources from different groups can have different roles within the risk that can regularly change), and they do not provide the granularity that some organisations may require. Therefore, this enhancement request is to provide some sort of option where organisations could restrict access to users, where they can only access a Risk in which they are involved with , i.e. a named resource. In addition to the above, users should only have 'write' access to the area they are mentioned, i.e. A Plan Owner should be able to see the Risks that they are named as the Plan Owner, but only be able to edit the Plan section, no other section. Additionally, they should not be able to view any other risks that they are not named as a resource. Original Active Risk ID: ARM-I-158
