Internal Audit and Internal Controls Time Tracker

Internal Audit and our SOX use of Internal Controls are made up of multiple projects. Some are short term (two weeks) while others are long term (multiple months or even a year). We typically budget the hours for each project ahead of time, often breaking the time down by staff member and phase such as planning and reporting.

It would be helpful for Riskonnect to have a time sheet application built into the platform. Each team member could fill out a periodic time sheet which is then reviewed/approved and the hours are reported on a per project/staff/phase basis. It would also have the ability to compare actual hours to the budget. I appreciate that salesforce has multiple time tracker applications but they are not integrated with Riskonnect.

    Where we are hoping to migrate existing clients from the legacy Audit Manager product to IA the use of timesheets is a key piece of functionality. In many cases PIs are based around completion of specific audits etc within timescales set. Also, where the Team may be providing audit services to multiple clients then there has to be a way of accurately tracking the amount of time spent on individual activities.
