Allow Summary of Incident/Claim to be visible when creating a New Email

hi, Please allow the Summary of the Incident/Claim to be visible when creating a New Email. As of now, when a New Email is created a new page appears and the Claim/Incident number fromt he Summary is no longer visible. This way on a blank new email we can copy the Incident/Claim number from the Summary without having to open the Incident/Claim again.
