Incident to claim conversion (data and files included)

When I convert my incidents to claims, none of my incident files are transferred to the claim. This requires me to download the photos and files from the incident and re-upload them to the claim.


If these files are found in Riskonnect, can't the link mapping to these files be transferred when the incident is converted to a claim?
