Customized Close Claim Options

Client has specific workflows that require users to complete claim fields prior to a claim being closed. As a result, we have built Claim Validations, but often times a user will go through the entire exercise of closing a claim (producing a final transaction) only to find they have to back out of that work and complete the required fields. They have proposed an idea of allowing a user to complete claim fields as part of a configurable Close Claim box. The same box that appears and prompts a user with what to do with reserves or what transaction type to use or what to do with tasks to be modified and allow for required claim fields to be completed at the close of a claim.

    Hi All,

To buttress Sebastian Kretz's comments, Marsh CE has reiterated their request for this capability.
It will also be useful if configurable code fields will also support code dependencies and enable the presented fields to be displayed as mandatory or not.

    Hi all,

we have similar requirement. My ask/suggestion would be to have "Close Claim" dialog screen as a form with configuration and deployment options.

=> Allowing additional Claim/Transaction fields to be added on that screen.
