Ability to copy individual permission sets

Currently, there is no ability in ClearSight to copy individual permission sets. This gap causes a large amount of time to be spent when a client wishes to reorganize their security. For example, if a client was implemented with 'Full Access' sets for all users, then wishes to have role specific permissions later on, we must recreate each Entity, Location, Note, Task, etc. permission for the total number roles or groups they've defined.

This would also reduce the likelihood of user error when recreating new permissions, especially in the case of Entity permission sets which have so many included within them, some of which with very high impact.

There are two other existing IDEAs related to this request, but I believe those have different use cases and expected results.

IDEA-I-1934 - Is for the ability to copy a security group with the included permissions included within. In this case, we wouldn't create new permission sets, only a new group with the previously existing permission sets.

IDEA-I-1381 - Is for the ability to copy users and have the new user inherit the groups/permissions of the 'source' user. Again, this will not create new permission sets, but simply apply existing groups/permissions to a new user.
