Allow Duplicate Check for Intake to Check Any DB Field Allowed in Duplicate Check Query

Currently in ClearSight Admin, Claims/RMIS Settings, Duplicate Claims/Incidents Settings you can build up a query to check for duplicate claims or incidents being checked. You can use all of the fields on XXXCLAIM_EXT1, XXXCLAIM_EXT2 and XXXCLAIM_MULTI. I'm sure there are other tables you can use in the duplicate check as well (contact relationship, location info, etc). But the only fields the duplicate check uses in Intake are on XXXCLAIM. If you put fields outside of the XXXCLAIM into the duplicate check query, you get an error in Intake.
