Email notifications when a Reviewer record is created for Ambulatory and Non-Clinical Events

In Patient Events, email notifications are generated for the Review records created and reminder emails. Ambulatory and Non-Clinical Events need to have the same email notifications upon submitting the event and reminder emails generated based on certain client defined time intervals if the review record is not completed
