Ideas that you create are viewable by other customers, so please be mindful of the details you include in the title and description.

Add a Collapsible Section/Header to Intake

Within the Forms editor in ClearSight, we can designate a section header to be collapsible. We can also configure if the default state for this header, and the fields contained underneath/within it is open or closed. This allows for more control on which fields are displayed, and results in an overall cleaner look with improved workflows.


Client has asked if we can add this same functionality into Interview Designer for intake templates. Currently, the only comparable feature is to set up Access Controls. This can be a bit more cumbersome as the access control and criteria must be set on every individual field intended to be hidden/displayed.
