Provide information for which templates are linked to which events/actions

The use case presented by the client relates to a task template that is attached to multiple events/actions. Making changes to the task template would have an impact on multiple events/scenarios, but the system currently has no way to signify or notify the client of this. They would like a way within CS Admin for any other events/actions linked to the template to be presented so they can fully gauge the scope of the change.


Related to this, when the client would like to delete a task template, they must remove that template from every action to which it is assigned. With no way to identify this on their own, they must come to us to identify that for them. Having the ability to see where each template is deployed would help in this regard as well.


The use case here was specific to task templates, but this could also apply to email templates, note templates, etc. I've attached a Word document with further narrative and screenshots from the client.
