Create Additional Flexibility with BI Dates

Currently, in BI, you are limited in the types of relative dates you can use. They are built off of calendar years, which makes reporting off of them force users to hard code reports and requires a lot of maintenance. It would be beneficial to expand Relative dates to allow for plus and minus of units. IE. First Day of This Year + 1 month.


What would be even cooler is if we could allow users to create custom calendars. Similar to Periods, but just a simple definition of when a user's calendar period begins, and then specify which type of calendar you want to use in reporting.
