The Customer Ideas Portal gives you the opportunity to submit Ideas for new features and functions to add to the products and vote up existing ideas that are important to your organization.

Ideas that you create are viewable by other customers, so please be mindful of the details you include in the title and description.

Note: Product bugs or configuration requests that are specific to your organization should be submitted through a case on the Customer Success Portal.

Configuration for ClearSight SSO to allow clients to create their own verbiage when the site is unable to authenticate information.

Within the process of entering (client id, user id, password) the system allows to create a login error verbiage message that the client can edit.

However, when the client is configured for SSO, there is a standard verbiage of 'We were unable to authenticate your information. Please contact your application administrator'. So when the end user see this they reach out to clearsight, but client wants the end user to reach out to them instead since they're SSO.
