Allow creation of a location view to display latitude and longitude

1. When passing data through other tools we need to enter the latitude and longitude separately. We can achieve this using formula in Excel to separate out these elements from the Gpoint but it would be easier to have them as separate fields

2. There have been occasions when for some reason the GPoint has been different from the Lat and long on the map location page. This should never be the case so being able to extract Gpoint, latitude and longitude into a location view would enable a cross check for any issues.
