The Customer Ideas Portal gives you the opportunity to submit Ideas for new features and functions to add to the products and vote up existing ideas that are important to your organization.

Ideas that you create are viewable by other customers, so please be mindful of the details you include in the title and description.

Note: Product bugs or configuration requests that are specific to your organization should be submitted through a case on the Customer Success Portal.

Direct link to newly created Occurrence/Claim/Incident from Submit page of Intake

In ClearSight Intake, we currently have the option to enable the 'eyeball' icon which brings up a read-only preview of the newly created object that was just submitted by that user. From this pop-up window, the user is then provided a link to open the object within ClearSight. Client would like to remove the step for the preview window and be able to go directly from the intake to the new occurrence, claim, or incident in one click.
