Ideas that you create are viewable by other customers, so please be mindful of the details you include in the title and description.

Note: Product bugs or configuration requests that are specific to your organization should be submitted through a case on the Customer Success Portal.

Need a SIM manager (similar to Tasks) in Claims Administration app

Currently users have no way to search/view SIM records without first locating the attached Claim record. We want something similar to how Tasks are setup in Claims Admin. And maybe be able to add to the HOME page as well (like we can with tasks)
