Ability to separate out access the options for creating Process Voucher/Process Checks/Log Payments/ Reserves based on Coverages and Security Groups. Currently this is system default and either it's all or None for All users based on Bank Account. This is for Walmart and they want certain security groups to not have option for Process Voucher/Checks and others to have this option
