Ideas that you create are viewable by other customers, so please be mindful of the details you include in the title and description.

Note: Product bugs or configuration requests that are specific to your organization should be submitted through a case on the Customer Success Portal.

Disable Incident Number Generation when Using Claim Number

In CS Admin, Claim/RMIS Settings and Automatic Generation of Claim/Incident Field Values if you check the box to 'Use Claim formula for Incident number auto generation', the option for 'for New Incidents using the specified formula' and the formula designer should be disabled/greyed out. Currently when you check the box everything still shows enabled as if it's still going to use the formula when creating incidents.
