Screen Label Set Default Button - Ask for Clear Confirmation before defaulting labels

When in Screen Labels, the Set Default button is not clear on its function and does not ask for confirmation before setting all screen labels back to their default value. We would like to have the button moved off by itself, so there is no possibility of clicking it. If it is clicked, there should be some kind of confirmation as to what happens when the button is clicked so that the user knows that proceeding will erase any existing custom screen labels.
