In Clearsight - Ability to bulk download emails and email attachments

I now have two clients ask for the ability to be able to bulk download emails and attachments in Clearsight.

Client A needs it so they can instruct a solicitor/lawyer at some stage of the claim and provide them with all the correspondence including attachments at once. Currently they have to download one by one which is very long, particularly when they instruct a lawyer for several claims at once.


Client B wants it for the same reasons plus when a client requests copies of all emails and attachments for their own purposes. Again, that means the client has to download them one by one which takes forever.


Obviously, if we do enable this functionality, it should not only be done for claims but across the entire system (e.g. policies).

    Yes, this would be a great addition to add. The ability to export emails and attachments would be beneficial for what we do.

    Coles Group Limited - Is also looking for a similar solution to export all the attachments for any given claim in one shot.
