Ideas that you create are viewable by other customers, so please be mindful of the details you include in the title and description.

Note: Product bugs or configuration requests that are specific to your organization should be submitted through a case on the Customer Success Portal.

Ability (option) to display all Occurrence Notes on the Claim's Notes page (not just on the Timeline page)

Currently notes added to an occurrence will display on the Claim's Timeline page. Client wants the option to show all occurrence notes on the NOTES page of the Claims associated to that occurrence.
