Allow category to be defined for Signature in Intake

Currently, from Intake we do not add any Category for Signature attachment, we use same Attachment module business layer functions for adding attachment and Attachment module business layer automatically checks for global settings and category set or not and populate Category accordingly.


Client is looking to limit the Customer Portal Intake user to only one file category, but this category is different from the one defined in Global Settings. Therefore, the default category cannot be assigned to the signature attachment.
