Need ability to "hide" SSN field - would require user action to display

Client does not want to display SSN data on the screen as a default. They would require the user to perform a specific action to display the full SSN. We should develop something similar to other systems, where in order to reveal any sensitive data, the user would click on a button and they would be send a text to their phone, in order to validate it's you.
