Ability to Restart SDIA Jobs After Failure

Often time, an SDIE job is part of an SDIA workflow. This means that the workflow could fail at an activity after the SDIE job. There is no easy way to start the workflow over. Usually it involves building a new SDIA workflow or SQL modification to reflag the records and run the job again. It will be ideal to have these records queued and various status in the workflow and someone can restart the jobs
