Check for Dependencies When Deactivating Users

When a user is deactivated check to make sure there are no reports/workflows that need to be cleaned up.

Use Case:

1. User 1 attempts to deactivate User 2 in Admin

2. The system determines that one or more of the following runs under User 2's login: Report Distributions, SDIE Jobs, Email Notifications on SDIA Workflows

3. The system presents a warning to User 1 "The following currently run under User 2's log in <<LIST OF JOBS, REPORTS>>. Please delete these prior to deactivating User 2

4. User 2 is not deactivated

Some points to consider from the incomparable @marinamatts:

    • Is this something we would want to enforce or do we want to make it configurable?

    • I am little concerned how security permissions will work. The user deactivating will need permissions to modify report distributions, workflows, etc.

    • Is UI necessary or do we just need a confirmation to remove the user. It will never be partial removal of the user from these entities, correct?

    • What will happen if the user was deactivated by accident and will need to be reactivated? This is a minor, but they will need to set everything up from scratch.
