Ideas that you create are viewable by other customers, so please be mindful of the details you include in the title and description.

Note: Product bugs or configuration requests that are specific to your organization should be submitted through a case on the Customer Success Portal.

Help ToolTips in ClearSight

It would be helpful to build thorough documentation for clients to give them specific guidance when working on claims. This functionality exists in Salesforce in the form of Help Bubbles and I believe also exists in Intake. We would like to see similar functionality in ClearSight.
