Add multiple signer capabilities via Adobe Sign for State Forms

Add Adobe Sign workflows to allow multiple signers for State Forms (internal client signers such as Adjusters/Claims Managers and external signers such as Attorneys, Physicians, Former Employees).

Secondary need is the ability to update specific fields on the form for individual signers - to be populated when they sign the State Form. Desired Workflow:

  1. Employer identifies the form to be completed by the employee (Example: CA DWC 1)

  2. Employer sends the DWC 1 form to the employee electronically with only the “Employee Section” fields open as editable and allows for e-Signature.

  3. Employee completes the form and e-Signs.

  4. Form is sent to Employer electronically once e-Signature is complete

  5. Upon receipt of e-Signed DWC 1 form from Employee, allow for entry (or mapped field population) of “Employer Section” fields by Employer. Allow for e-Signature.

  6. Fully populated form with both e-Signatures will be saved to Claim and provided to Employee in a non-editable form
