Ability to Reassign a Location in Renewals Collection Portal

Clients want the ability for someone assigned a property to reassign the whole location or parts of the location collection to another person to fill in the collection of that specific assignment. In ClearSight, we call this the reassignment feature. This feature in RK would have the following requirements:

  1. Ability for the end Renewals Portal collector to select an overall location they are assigned to reassign.

  2. That reassign function would have two options:

    1. Select an already created contact to reassign to.

    2. Create a new contact that the reassignment would need to go to.

  3. The confirmation of the reassignment would then initiate the standard notification and access workflow for that new assignee to access and complete the pieces assigned to them.

  4. Subsequently, as an alternative to step 2, need similar functionality to maybe reassign a section/question instead of the whole location. Depending on the UI, if there is a way to allow simple multi-select reassignment for efficiency sake would be best.
