Property Values Guidance (PVC Portal)

Client ran into issues whereby the end user didn't understand the difference between Previous and Current, particularly when it was a new value without a previous value. This resulted in several values not being entered appropriately. Given this, they would like to have the ability to provide textual guidance for the grid columns.

As a side note, the Implementation team was able to modify the table (I believe it was in the Apex code) to add another row above the column headers; however, this caused the data to shift in the columns.
