EMR Launch to Patient Event Portal

This idea is to capture the solution for a frontline staff member, using Epic or Cerner, viewing a Patient Record to functionally "launch" the RK event portal.

The kicker is while also carrying over the patient's demographic information and associating the event to the patient previously being viewed.

This solution will streamline the reporting process resulting in time savings, data quality and ultimately higher reporting resulting in a more positive culture of patient safety.
